Terms & Conditions - Conditions Générales

Points are valid for 7 months from the date of issue.
Points are awarded only when no vouchers (including restaurant vouchers, Groupon, or third-party promotions) are used during the visit.
Points are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original loyalty cardholder.
Points are awarded only when a minimum of two courses per person are ordered from either the Prix Fixe or the à la carte menu.
Rewards must be redeemed in person and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only one reward may be redeemed per visit.
The restaurant reserves the right to modify or withdraw the loyalty programme or specific rewards at any time, without prior notice.
In the event of misuse or suspected fraudulent activity, Le Vacherin reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership.
Some rewards may be subject to availability; suitable alternatives of equal value may be offered.
Champagne and alcoholic rewards are available only to guests 18 years or older.
